Synapse was built to close that gap. In this deployment, the system maps procedure roles and responsibilities directly to the live organisation chart. It connects requirements in the management system to real positions. It identifies where roles are not fully assigned, highlights gaps that emerge when teams are slimmed down or restructured, and supports reallocation decisions with evidence.

This release builds a living model of organisational accountability from those documents. Once in place, it runs the Dynamic Organisation. As roles change, hires join, or procedures are updated, Synapse can propagate roles and responsibilities through to role profiles. This keeps the system in sync without months of manual rework.
